Fascinated not Fearful
Why does something as prevalent and unavoidable as change cause so much anxiety? Because at a gut level we respond with a “fight or flight” surge of adrenaline when confronted with the unknown. In today’s environment of constant change, this means we are always in a state of heightened stress. The only way we can get around this is to become comfortable with change itself…so we can greet each new circumstance with fascination instead of fear.
