A Bit About Bullies
Bullying can take many forms: physical, emotional, verbal or a combination of these. Although we most often associate bullying with children in the schoolyard, it also occurs in the workplace. Like most other forms of victimization bullying typically involves an imbalance of power and a lack of concern on the part of the bully for the feelings of the victim. Both bullies and victims must develop different communication modes and new skills to restore balance in an environment where bullying exists.
