Wasted Energy

Many of us expend a lot of unnecessary energy worrying about what could go wrong. In the world of problem solving, the best use of your worry energy is to apply it to creating “what if” scenarios and then developing action plans to deal with those situations should they occur. In this way, the wasted energy that worrying typically represents is harnessed and channelled into effective risk mitigation.
