In the finance sector she rose to become Associate Regional Director of a national financial services group. As a leader, she implemented a turn around strategy for an international print media firm. Together these experiences have fuelled Anne’s passionate commitment to personal and business growth through effective change. | Eric Solowka For over twenty years Eric lived the trials and traumas intrinsic to building a multi-million dollar business. He co-founded and led an aerospace company to international success. Subsequently he acted as a resource to venture capitalists, providing assessment and coaching of new venture start-up teams. With this experience, and his passion for people, Eric developed a unique blend of business, technical, and leadership acumen that he shares with style and sincerity. |
