Jim Baston, senior consultant and President of Baston, Barnett & Associates, specializes in strategic marketing, sales and sales management. Jim has a Masters degree in Business Administration and brings more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience at a senior management level in managing sales and service teams as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies in fast-paced, technical service environments. His strategic experience includes creating and launching new services to address emerging business opportunities, identifying and integrating several business acquisitions, leading change management initiatives and conducting detailed business analysis.
Jim facilitates strategic planning sessions, helps reengineer sales processes and leads sales, coaching and sales management workshops. He has also been a part-time lecturer of Marketing and of Strategic Planning at Seneca College in Toronto. Jim brings his extensive background in the technical service sector and his expertise in sales training to the Adao Institute for Change team of associates.

Deborah McGrath, Founder and Director of Millar, McGrath and Associates, has twenty-five years experience in the business arena. Over two decades were spent in the advertising field, of which nine were with CBC-TV Marketing & Sales, planning and directing Administrative resources within a complex and diverse work force.
A graduate of the prestigious Protocol School of Washington, Ms. McGrath offers customized training and workshops in Business and Social Etiquette, International Protocol and Dining Skills to individuals and corporations in North America. She is an active member of Toastmasters International, and a speaker, facilitator and participant in various entrepreneurial groups within York Region and the Toronto GTA.
Working with the Adao Institute for Change, Ms. McGrath contributes one more facet to the development of core skills - those foundational abilities that distinguish the true performers in our changing world.
