Eric Solowka, founder of the Adao Learning Corporation announced a new name, a new focus and the addition of a new partner today.  Adao welcomes Anne Toner Fung, who brings a wealth of experience from the Financial Services, Construction and non-profit sectors.

Having had the opportunity to work together on a number of projects over the past few years, Mr. Solowka and Mrs. Toner Fung found that they brought a synergy to their joint clients that provided great value. As a result, they have decided to join forces under their new banner, the Adao Institute for Change.

The company name change and slight shift of focus were prompted by the clearly demonstrated link between an organization’s ability to succeed in an environment of constant change and the underlying core skills of its people. The first task for the newly packaged Adao is to flesh out their Core Skills Training concept and fully develop their three flagship training programs to be named humanFLOW™, communicationFLOW™ and problemFLOW™. Once developed, these three programs will provide a strong foundation of critical core skills needed for success in today’s changing work environment.

Adao Institute for Change
The Adao Institute for Change is based in Palgrave, Ontario. The Institute focuses on training people to excel in an ever changing world and helping organizations, teams and individuals gain from change.
